April 2016 Horoscopes

Aries
21st March – 20th April
Planet Venus (love and finances) enters your sign from the 5th, indicating instant attraction (especially around 12th and 22nd), bold intentions and impulsive moves. The new moon in your sign (7th) is about powerful new beginnings and radical transformations, especially in the realm of career, status, reputation, and long-term ambition. It also applies to you as an individual; whether it’s a new style or new approach there’s a unique path or course of action unfolding with your name clearly all over it. Your ruler Mars supports all this by retrograding (appearing to move backwards) from 17th until August; indicating turning points, revisits and reviews linked to travel, education, beliefs and perspectives.

Taurus
21st April – 21st May
This is a powerful month for you Taurus. Steady constructive expansion and transformation is indicated, especially midmonth; though events in and around new moon (7th) and full moon (22nd) might make you question this, as things can happen unexpectedly, and unpredictably (not necessarily unwelcome though). Mercury retrogrades (appears to move backwards) in your sign on the 28th, which means turning points in communication, or a change of mind or in approach from you. Venus, your ruling planet, moves into your sign (30th) which suggests strong self-worth and being a magnet for harmony and prosperity.

Gemini
22nd May – 21st June
The message of the month is don’t get too focused on obstacles as they won’t affect what’s unfolding in the long-term. In general things have been improving for some time, and the planets suggest this progress remains steady, secure, and well grounded (meaning you aren’t imagining the improvement). New moon on the 7th is about new beginnings and radical transformation linked to friendship, groups, and deepening support for your hopes and dreams (also 9th, 12th, 19th, 22nd). Midmonth is secure and stable (14th, 18th) with a key turning point for relationships from 17th. Mercury retrogrades from the 28th, so go with a change of mind, direction, communication or information.

Cancer
22nd June – 22nd July
This month (especially around new moon time on the 7th) brings the awareness that certain relationships and emotional connections are not the comfort zone they used to be (especially linking to career or ambition). It’s because situations are evolving; so relationships will transform or rebirth, or they clear the way to welcome a new updated version.  Either way change can bring upheaval and a sense of loss, but April has very supportive planet patterns, enhancing feelings of security and wellbeing, and encouraging constructive progress (particularly midmonth and 22nd). The past meeting present is also an important theme, especially around communication, information, status and ambition (notice 17th, 18th and 28th for this)

Leo
23rd July – 23rd August
There’s a breakthrough new moon on the 7th in the faith and belief area of your chart. It suggests new ways of seeing the same situation brings different results, so if there’s been a sticking point or stalemate, then things might get moving (also 9th, 12th, 17th or 22nd).  While travel and education are in the spotlight again for April, there’s also an increasing focus on career, status and reputation. It’s a month to feel proud of achievements and celebrate progress (especially 14th, 18th, 30th), and to feel the courage of your convictions regarding a change of mind or change of direction (especially from 17th and 28th).

Virgo
24th August – 22nd September
You are on firm foundations for April. The planets indicate secure, steady, expansive progress in general. Your ruler Mercury turns retrograde (appears to move backwards) from the 28th, which symbolises an important change of mind or change of direction (perhaps both) that you’re ready for, with situations revolving around reviews, reconnection, repetition or retreat.  Leading up to this there’s a breakthrough new moon on the 7th indicating sudden or unexpected new beginnings and endings especially linked to shared resources and creative projects (also around 19th and 22nd). Matters of the heart deepen and require trust from 19th, and until August you’re returning to the past somehow in home and family matters.

Libra
23rd September – 23rd October
The sun and Venus light up your love-life during April, especially around a new moon (7th) of new beginnings in relationships, and new or renewed contracts and agreements too. Home and family priorities are highlighted, and the planets suggest there’s no softly-softly approach to situations; it’s about radical transformation with instant impact (especially 7th and 19th to 22nd). Midmonth there’s a steady, earthy vibe of firm foundations and reliable progress, which is constructive for change and conducive for enjoying some fruits of your labours. Mars retrogrades from the 17th, so there’s also a returning to, or reviewing of, old ground in relationships; particularly in communication and information.

Scorpio
24th October – 22nd November
The annual full moon in your sign on the 22nd symbolises significant events coming to a head or reaching a turning point this month (especially 7th, 14th, 19th and 22nd). Stuck situations or stalemates might begin to move or improve too. The planets are highlighting relationships, contracts, health and fitness, occupation and daily schedules in all this. Some changes this month have been a long time coming, some are unexpected and some have a particular sense of destiny or purpose (especially around the 18th). With a number of planets retrograding (appearing to move backwards) you might be retreating or re-treading old ground on certain issues, and there’s value in doing so.

Sagittarius
23rd November – 21st December
A revolutionary new moon of creativity and vision on the 7th indicates the launch of new projects and/or the transformation of existing plans. If you’ve felt creatively blocked, this is the month that might make all the difference (particularly 22nd). Romance, fun and entertainment are also highlighted in the same way, because enjoying your heart’s desire is the key to moving energy and going with your flow (especially around 19th). Midmonth Mars (planet of action and inspiration), retrogrades in your sign (appears to move backwards) until august 22nd. This points to big changes in priorities and approach, and maybe past meets present for some (good) reason.

Capricorn
22nd December – 20th January
The new moon on the 7th suggests important change and transformation in home and family matters, with radical make-overs, expansion, and changes in priorities over the coming weeks or months. Some of this might unfold in unexpected or unpredictable ways, and it all links to rebirth or renewal in yourself too. The new moon (7th) and full moon (22nd) indicate a more challenging experience of all this, with twists and turns and ups and downs in events, and with others, that can take time to process and integrate. But there are plenty of moments this month where the inherent stability and integrity of your life, inside and out, shines through strongly and sweetly (especially 12th, 14th, 18th).

Aquarius
21st January – 18th February
You’re pulling no punches when it comes to communication this month. People who know you are used to your latest approach but those who are not familiar with your style might need time for your message to settle in. New moon on the 7th suggests new beginnings (and endings) all month that revolve around communication and information. It’s about freedom of speech, unusual conversation and deep, transformative questions and answers. Mighty Mars, planet of action and drive is retrograde from the 17th until August, indicating important turning points in communication, as well as changes in direction or priorities, when it comes to friends, groups and gatherings.

Pisces
19th February – 20th March
It might feel like a make or break month at times, as certain situations push your patience and challenge your faith in the bigger picture, but in general there’s a certainty at the heart of things that everything always works out somehow, no matter how it appears along the way. You don’t mind breaking the mould and breaking with routine this month (especially 7th, 9th, 19th, 22nd). Mars retrogrades (appears to move backwards) from the 17th, till August, suggesting plans or ambitions change direction or end up on the backburner. Remember it’s temporary and there’s much value to be gained from this stage of the journey.

March 2016 Horoscopes

Better late than never, here are the horoscopes for this month!! (Mercury is not even retrograde, I have no excuse for forgetting to post till now!). How has your month gone so far, did I get it right?

Aries
21st March – 20th April
Mars moves into your beliefs and perspectives chart from the 6th, indicating a broadening of horizons and a spiritual journey. Perhaps it’s via travel or education, or just the latest learning curve, but the 14th, 20th (when the sun moves into your sign), and especially final week relates strongly to this. As do two powerful eclipses on the 9th and the 23rd, which are about events holding long-term significance. Solar eclipse on the 9th says stop tripping yourself up with self-doubt or self-denial and go with the flow of positive feelings and insights instead. The lunar eclipse on the 23rd is about emotional turning points and new phases in relationships, contracts and agreements.

Taurus
21st April – 21st May
Lots of focus on fun, friendship, groups and gatherings for much of the month, with significant events that move you forward and feel fulfilling. It’s all indicated by a powerful solar eclipse on the 9th that speaks of new beginnings in these areas of life that might initially require you to hold your nerve or stand your ground but are ultimately expansive and productive. Midmonth your ruler Venus is in on this, adding the power of your values and a sparkle to attraction. Lunar eclipse on the 23rd is about a new phase in your spiritual journey, and in health and fitness (maybe it’s all linked)

Gemini
22nd May – 21st June
Lots of focus on long-term aims and ambition this month; particularly revolving around status, reputation and career. The planets are gathering in this area of your chart in a significant way, including Mercury (your ruler) from the 5th, and Venus (relationship and receptivity) from the 12th. A solar eclipse there on the 9th is about events during March that can shape aims and ambitions for this future. The lunar eclipse on the 23rd has similar meaning, but focusing towards fun, friendship, creativity, and links to groups or teams. You’re feeling single-minded when it comes to relationship priorities, and there’s an important turning point due in this around the 25th.

Cancer
22nd June – 22nd July
Your sign has a unique affinity for the moon and its cycles, and there are two powerful eclipses this month (9th and 23rd) that are indicators of significant events with potential for long-term impact. Sometimes these events aren’t very dramatic or even very noticeable, but they can be a reason to do things differently, or be a starting point for a whole new direction. They are also doorways for opportunities to build on past progress, and the solar eclipse on the 9th is about this related to learning, and the broadening of horizons. Then important communication linked to long-term ambition and plans (especially career) might be exchanged around lunar eclipse time on the 23rd.

Leo
23rd July – 23rd August
There are two eclipses this month. They are powerful indicators of progress, development, new beginnings, and changes in direction. The solar eclipse (9th) speaks of events during March that can trigger profound emotional healing in longstanding situations. Issues around trust and/or intimacy become important, as do finances and security. The lunar eclipse (23rd) might feel lighter and brighter for you as it’s about changing perspective or view of things; sometimes quite literally via travel or education, but especially through communication. All this coincides with Spring Equinox (20th), which is a time of year that suits your nature, and always refreshes your sense of clarity and passion.

Virgo
24th August – 22nd September
The planets show it’s all going on at once during March, which can overwhelm your urge for order and efficiency if you forget that you enjoy the creative conflict in organising chaos. There are two important eclipses (9th and 23rd) which are about situations unfolding with long-term impact. The first eclipse links to new turning points in relationships, contracts and agreements; the second is about things coming to a head related to self-worth, values, income, and purchases. Some situations this month can’t be sorted all at once; some can’t be sorted without opening your mind and/or heart to new possibilities. Either way, mess and muddle can be part of the perfect path.

Libra
23rd September – 23rd October
As March begins there’s a lot you feel prepared for, but some things you don’t feel ready for. There’s an emphasis on seeking solutions (and finding them) especially around solar eclipse time (9th), and midmonth. Eclipses are important because they indicate events with long-term significance, and there’s a second eclipse (23rd) with extra importance because it’s in your sign, and also because it coincides with events that challenge your current perception of yourself; especially in key relationships. It’s like a reboot or update to your system, with a temporary pause in connection and communication while restart occurs. After that you feel ready for anything.

Scorpio
24th October – 22nd November
There’s a bunch of planets, including a powerful solar eclipse (9th) in the most creative zone of your chart this month. It means this is the perfect time to learn about Law of Attraction and your innate power to manifest your dreams into reality (by thinking about what you want; not what you don’t want). It means lots of activity around projects and plans, peppered with plenty of opportunity for romance and fun; with a sense of ‘destiny’ or déjà vu in the mix too. There’s also a second eclipse on the 23rd which symbolises significant situations coming to a head involving justice, fairness, balance and equilibrium.

Sagittarius
23rd November – 21st December
Mighty Mars, planet of action and momentum is in your sign from the 5th, so be crystal clear with yourself about what you want; especially during the final week when you start to restructure or re-establish your role in certain situations. There are two big eclipses on the 9th and 23rd, indicating events with potential to shape things long-term in a significant way. Solar eclipse on the 9th suggests new beginnings and turning points relating to home, family, your past, and your comfort zone. Lunar eclipse on the 23rd is about events coming to a head, with new phases related to friendship, fun, groups and gatherings.

Capricorn
22nd December – 20th January
There are two eclipses in March. Eclipses indicate events holding long-term significance and purpose. The first on the 9th deals in a big way with communication and information exchange and lots of planets currently in this area of your chart indicates more energy and activity for these situations too; key dates are 9th, 11th, 14th, and 17th. The second eclipse on the 23rd is about turning points and new phases linked to status and ambition, with emphasis on home and family and comfort zones. Your ruler Saturn is retrograde from the 25th, till August, indicating you’re restructuring and reorganising in a significant way. Don’t resist your process.

Aquarius
21st January – 18th February
Two eclipses during March (9th and 23rd) suggest this is a month in which events have long-term significance or deeper meaning and purpose, especially in relation to certain areas of your life. The solar eclipse on the 9th takes place in your self-worth and income chart which means your values, self-esteem, and relationship with money are highlighted areas. Plenty of other planets are involved too, which increases the activity and momentum in situations (especially 12th, 14th, 17th, 20th). The full moon eclipse (23rd) is about communication, information, and learning that inspires important changes in your perspective or mind-set; and a long-term learning curve comes to a head.

Pisces
19th February – 20th March
Much of the planet action revolves around Pisces during March, which suggests this could be a standout month for you. On the 9th it’s the first of two eclipses, and it’s in your sign. It’s a solar eclipse, indicating important new beginnings unfolding with long-term impact. There’s a balancing act between nourishing your own needs, and putting time in to expand partnerships, contracts and agreements with others, and this is emphasised by the lunar eclipse on the 23rd which speaks of turning points linked to self-worth, income and shared finance. Stand out dates for harmony and romance are 12th and 14th, while 5th and 25th are productive, if pressured.

New Moon and Solar Eclipse in Pisces, 8th/9th March 2016

Just before 2am UK time on 9th March, there’s a powerful new moon (new moon = new beginnings) along with an eclipse (eclipse = events with long-term significance) in the sign of Pisces (blending, solutions, magic, miracles, faith, dreams, emotions, art, healing and Spirituality).

For a few days before and a few days after that culmination point, the energy is especially heightened; moods are intensified and events seem to take on extra significance or urgency.
Events around this eclipse revolve around Pisces themes such as:
-     Going with the flow (doesn't mean keeping the peace to avoid argument, and does mean going with the flow of your dreams and true nature),
-          Surrender (doesn't mean give up on yourself, and does mean get out of your own way)
-          Melting resistance or defences
-          Forgiveness of your own or other’s mistakes or imperfections
-          Heartfelt interactions with others, overflowing emotions, and the power of having a good cry
-          Magic and miracles as normal everyday life (they actually are normal, everyday occurrences)
-          Art, music, dancing (anything to do with feet is Pisces related!)
-          Spirituality, meditation, dreamwork, daydreams, or anything that puts you in touch with the untouchable, non-physical realms and states.

Eclipses are also about the temporary overshadowing of something by something else. It might feel like your dreams and desires are being overshadowed or blocked, but remember it’s temporary and your dreams and desires remain alive and well despite all that, and are nourished by your positive attention on them.

The message is to not allow any of the above Pisces themes to be drowned out, or to allow them to drown out something very important to you, as you miss out on the wonderful creative heightened positive energy carried on the eclipse wave.

Working at staying centred, grounded and in tune with yourself (rather than being swayed by moods or currents of the outside world) helps to not be distracted or overshadowed by negative events or obstacles, and is the key to getting the best out of any powerful astrological event.

Meditation, extra sleep, spending time in or around water are all Pisces ways of grounding and recharging. The qualities of opposite sign of Virgo is also relevant - the desire to sort things out, clear clutter and improve efficiency is strong now, and with Jupiter, planet of expansion and opportunity is currently in Virgo, the increased opportunity to do so is of great value.

The general pattern of planets for this eclipse indicates a time of deep emotional connection with what really matters to you, from the inside out. Anything that happens over the eclipse period is for that reason, regardless of what it appears to be. It’s a time when Love can triumph and the power of kindness and compassion (especially towards yourself in current situations) can dissolve defenses and blocks. It’s a time for long-held hopes, dreams and wishes to start to come true, triggering events that will unfold fully in the long-term; over weeks, months and even years to come.

Virgo Full Moon 22nd February 2016

It's a full moon when the sun and moon stand opposite each other in the zodiac, and today at around 18.20pm here in the UK the Virgo moon reaches its most opposite position from the Pisces sun.

The full moon symbolises the coming together and alignment of opposites - it's a time when situations composed of seemingly irreconcilable differences can find some balance and connection.

Virgo is the sign that appreciates detail and definition, while Pisces is just fine with a thumbnail sketch. Virgo believes it's the little things that matter, while Pisces prefers a soft focus filter. Pisces lives for the experience of 'oneness' (falling in love, appreciating a sunset or piece of music, etc) while Virgo enjoys categorising (everything has its place).

Both very different signs, yet with elements that can work together and co-create brilliantly if both sides are incorporated in positive ways.

Notice during the days before and after any full moon where this balancing of opposites is taking place for you right now; within the self and in outside circumstances, and appreciate what the movement into alignment moves within you and around you.

February 2016 Horoscopes

Aries
21st March – 20th April
First week is about gaining some clarity on certain situations linked to work ambitions or long-term creative plans. It involves stepping away from power struggles, especially around the 6th, and holding onto your love of professionalism and an easy life. New moon on the 8th is about new participation with groups and teams, as well as friends who you really click with. Again, it’s about choosing to keep on track with what you want in the long-run, rather than reacting or over-reacting to others temporary moods or opinions. After the 19th and especially the final week you’re moved powerfully by your own moods, which works well when focused on what you want.

Taurus
21st April – 21st May
How you see things, your view of the world and yourself has been changing dramatically over recent years, and again this month there might be events that transform or revolutionise your opinions and beliefs, sometimes suddenly or unexpectedly. New plans with partners (whether in personal or professional relationships) come into focus around the 8th, and it’s ok if it doesn’t seem easy at first as the rest of the month is about smoothing things out and finding the flow. Links to groups and gatherings are important in this somehow; perhaps it’s where your creativity opens easiest. Notice this around the emotionally defining full moon on the 22nd.

Gemini
22nd May – 21st June
You can achieve a lot during Feb, especially the first week when the planet patterns speak of your focus and ability for intense concentration of effort; also your discipline and patience dealing with change/transformation. New moon on the 8th is about new ways of seeing things (e.g. travel or education), and integrating new ways of doing things. You’re also reaching for balance, such as between home/work, or private/public life, and events around the final week might bring this to a head. It might also bring creative or romantic inspiration, as this is a month of open hearts and infinite imagination.

Cancer
22nd June – 22nd July
You are the natural nurturer of the zodiac, someone who gets emotionally connected easily, and who sincerely cares. Sometimes you take on too much because of this, and then you feel no option but to shut down and get cautious about opening up again. February has a lot of demands on your time that might trigger this (especially first week and midmonth), but the key is stepping back before you reach your limit. Recognising earlier when it’s time to replenish and nourish yourself means you’ll be refreshed for getting the most out of this magical month; especially events around the sharing and caring full moon on the 22nd.

Leo
23rd July – 23rd August
Lots of focus on your relationships, contracts and agreements this month, with a supportive new moon on the 8th that symbolises new beginnings with significant others. You might not be up for fully sharing your agenda or revealing motives until later in the month, but co-operation and collaboration are calling you, symbolised by communication planet Mercury and harmony-seeking Venus also arriving in your relationship chart (13th and 17th), indicating events that encourage bridge-building and transparency. Your mood moves much more to openness from the 19th; especially under the soft-hearted yet sensible full moon energy on the 22nd.
Virgo
24th August – 22nd September
You’re in problem-solving mode for much of the month. The new moon on the 8th is a doorway for new solutions, and there’s helpful information or communication from the 13th. Those who are in harmony with your aims are more visible to you from the 17th, and you’re more receptive to some brilliant new ideas then too. From the 19th it’s very much about relationships, partnerships, contracts and agreements. Events last November (approximately) seems relevant to this, and there’s a really important full moon in your sign on the 22nd that symbolises things both coming to a head relationship-wise, and moving forward.

Libra
23rd September – 23rd October
First week might require some deep breaths (especially 6th), as tricky dynamics dominate certain situations, and it’s tempting to get pulled into power struggles or control dramas. Seriously, rise above it all (even though you might be right!), and you’ll end up feeling pleased with yourself in the long run. The new moon on the 8th is about new beginnings related to creative projects, fun, romance and entertainment. From then it’s easier to stay in the here and now rather than get lost in the past or anticipating the future. Your ruler Venus catches this vibe from the 17th, which means you’re feeling good to go with rest of February’s flow.

Scorpio
24th October – 22nd November
Mighty Mars is one of your ruling planets and it’s still in your sign during February. This indicates huge reserves of strength and energy available to you when you need it; meaning current situations are making high demands on you physically, mentally and/or emotionally (most noticeable during first week of Feb). A new moon on the 8th is about new beginnings linking to home and family, and also about how comfortable your comfort zones are right now. From midmonth and especially final week, the focus moves to the healing power of fun and friendship, which is a potent combination around the 22nd during an enchanted and restorative full moon.

Sagittarius
23rd November – 21st December
Some situations might feel undone or like unfinished business up to midmonth, and yet it feels like the perfect place to leave things open to resume at a later date. It also leaves you to focus more fully on other situations that you want more immediate fulfilment on. Generous Jupiter has positive links to your income and resources chart (especially 10th), and communication is more harmonious and meaningful from the 13th (and 17th).  After that, especially around full moon time on the 22nd, it’s about balancing opposites, e.g. work-life and home-life (it links to last November somehow).

Capricorn
22nd December – 20th January
First week of February clears up some unfinished business from December and January, maybe linking to career, or long-term plans involving home and family. It involves some complex dynamics in situations, which means uncontrollable elements, so it’s important to be able to trust the process a little bit. Around new moon time (8th) up to midmonth it’s easier to go with the flow of this, and you’re feeling at the centre of some important new beginnings and changes. The planets then form a significant pattern (strongest 22nd and 28th), that has links to events last November. Communication, compassion and consideration are its key components.

Aquarius
21st January – 18th February
The sun (focus and attention) is in your sign till the 19th, Mercury (your communication and logic) arrives from 13th, and Venus (your Love and money) from the 17th. It all means the world is on your wavelength; it’s easier to get your message across, and you’re more intuitive about people and situations, as you’re wired for harmony and bridge-building with others. The annual new moon in your sign on the 8th symbolises an open doorway for new beginnings. It’s the time to let yourself dream big, and watch how the process of grounding your dreams into reality happens automatically unless you block it with doubts.

Pisces
19th February – 20th March
First half of February is more reflective and introspective. This doesn’t mean things aren’t happening, just you prefer more time to decide what it means for you (especially around 8th). Events linked to friendships, groups and gatherings are significant, particularly during the first week, when there are some big changes and transformation to integrate. From the 19th when the sun moves into your sign you feel more in your element, and a magical full moon on the 22nd brings out your imaginative, artistic side in full detail. It’s also a time for healing in important relationships, and for trusting intuition when it comes to contracts or agreements (there’s a link to last November with that).

January 2016 Horoscopes

Happy New Year folks :) here we go with the first scopes of 2016...
(Don't forget my new website is now up and running at  www.bondwiththemoon.co.uk )

Aries
21st March – 20th April
You are in the mood for a make-over so change and transformation are key themes for January. The 6th and 7th, and also from the 20th are about events that move and shake you in this respect, and there’s an intensity to all this that feels powerful, especially in situations related to career, status and aspirations. Rebirth, rebuilding, reconnecting and revolution describe what’s going on with you at those times. Your ruler Mars is the focal point of planet patterns around the 18th, symbolising the strength and influence of your desire for action and activity; particularly involving travel, education, health and wellbeing. Day to day appointments and schedules might be transforming too at that time.

Taurus
21st April – 21st May
You’re feeling adventurous this month, though you might have to talk yourself into it at times (particularly around 6th and 9th). A powerful new moon on the 10th speaks of travel and education as being rich sources of change and development for you (end of the month is significant). New moons mean new beginnings and this one implies new (or renewed) structure and foundation to build on in the year ahead. Make the most of the positive vibes midmonth when synchronicity restores your faith, and there’s lots of activity around partnership and contracts around 18th. From the 20th be mindful of power struggles, when unfinished business comes back into view.

Gemini
22nd May – 21st June
Your ruler Mercury is retrograde from the 5th to 25th, which means changes of mind or direction. It can also mean communication or info that resurfaces, or reconnects you to a goal or opportunity from the past. There might be a review of your current position and a change of pace; maybe more than once. And it’s probably all this and more, as the planets indicate a deeply, intensely active time for you; particularly from the 20th, culminating with a creative and communicative full moon on the 24th. Hold your nerve, which means keep the faith and stay open to happy twists of fate. Let situations unfold naturally, and they will.

Cancer
22nd June – 22nd July
Mercury (planet of intellect, logic and communication) is retrograde (moving backwards) in your relationship chart for most of January (till the 25th). It means there might be changes of direction and approach in partnership, discussions and possible delays, or maybe a rewriting or reviewing of contracts and agreements. There’s a lot of planet focus in this area of life, especially around the 6th, 10th and from the 20th (when changes of mind and direction reach a peak). Visible progress on long-term plans is important to you in all this, and there are unexpected twists or sudden developments on the theme of freedom, independence and the road less travelled. It’s all how you carve your unique path.

Leo
23rd July – 23rd August
January can be a rewarding start to 2016. It’s not all plain sailing (is it ever?) but this only deepens the satisfaction in triumph when you hit calm waters and have time to appreciate your own efforts. The 6th/7th and 10th is highlighted for this, but especially the final week of the month when it’s a full moon in your sign (24th), which symbolises certain situations coming to a head. What was up in the air is becoming more certain (especially linking to those New Year resolutions). There’s harmony, union, and commitment (especially around 10th), and it’s a month to take fun and entertainment very seriously.

Virgo
24th August – 22nd September
Mercury retrogrades until the 25th, which means changing your mind or approach to what you put your heart and soul into (noticeable around 6th, 10th, and especially from 20th). It means enjoying digging up the past somehow; maybe revisiting old creative projects or reconnecting to romance of the past. There are lot of ways it can manifest, but all are similar in their power of attraction and intensity of interest to you; firstly from your total commitment to process, and also from the transformation in you and circumstances as a result. To reach the rich sweetness of the experience avoid power struggles and the need to be right; this all goes much deeper than that.

Libra
23rd September – 23rd October
An intensely transformative new moon in your home and family chart on the 10th symbolises events during the first week, and especially from the 20th, that are reshaping and rewiring this area of your life. How you view your past, as well as reconnections and reunions are important too. Venus (your ruling planet) is in your communication chart till the 23rd, indicating how much harmony and balance means to you in getting your message across. Don’t lose your faith in the power of the word (9th) and expect the unexpected (13th). Relationships, finances and resources are all linked up this month; it’s complex around the 18th, and simple around full moon time (24th).

Scorpio
24th October – 22nd November
Mars in your sign this month means reserves of energy that allow you to dig deep when you need to (especially around 18th). And yes you need to, as there are challenges and situations for January which have profound emotional impact and that are intensely reshaping and forming your path forward in significant ways (around 6th, 10th and from 20th). This doesn’t mean events are negative, it just means they affect or impact you deeply. It’s not always so intense; midmonth it’s about uplifting relationships, and the enjoyment from expansion and restructuring. Basically it’s another month of evolution and transformation which is what Scorpio is built to experience. That’s why it feels so fulfilling (especially 25th).

Sagittarius
23rd November – 21st December
It’s all in the eye of the beholder this month, so make sure you’re seeing the glass half full, or you might not be able to fully appreciate the progress you’re making. Bite size beginnings, or initial steps are just as important as big impressive leaps; and what you’re doing at the moment is going to have long-term benefits, for example if you’re training or in education. During the final week especially, personal, financial or business relationships are intensely in the spotlight with unexpected turning points or sudden movement. It’s a time of transformation, of tying up loose ends of the past, and of discovering the information that helps you do that.

Capricorn
22nd December – 20th January
This is your time of year. It’s the Capricorn ability of shouldering weighty responsibilities, along with good prep, planning and discipline, that gets the holidays underway in the first place; and it’s your sensible, practical response to ending the old year that sums up your approach to all goodbyes and closing of doors. January 2016 is challenging as there’s all of this and more going on, with great intensity at times (particularly around 6th, 7th, and from 20th). It means you’re up to the task but there’s no let up; except perhaps around 10th (new moon in your sign), 13th and 15th, with new beginnings, information, and opportunities that are a blast from the past.

Aquarius
21st January – 18th February
January 2016 is another chapter in the transformational journey you’ve been on for the past 3 or 4 years. Events around the 6th, 10th and especially from the 20th (when the sun moves into your sign), serve to show you how the structure of your life is changing in a way that can either be viewed as ‘effortless’, or ‘out of your control’. Both views describe the same circumstances but the latter likely feels a lot more stressful to ponder, so it pays to choose the perspective that feels the best emotionally, especially around full moon time (24th) which is an intense period of movement and shifts in relationships and in communication.

Pisces
19th February – 20th March
There are huge changes or adjustments going on in how you relate to friendships, groups and like-minded folk in general, and it’s because of huge changes in you. What you’ve been through over the past 4 years or so has transformed you to the point that who you reach for, who you want to associate with, and who you feel is now on your wavelength has changed. January 2016 and beyond is reflecting this in profound ways. There’s lots of revisiting the past going on this month but it’s about updating things rather than getting stuck there. The 6th, 10th and from 20th are key dates in all this, and especially around 25th for an important turning point.

December 2015 Horoscopes

Last scopes for 2015!

Aries
21st March – 20th April
The past 3 years have seen a lot of changes in your life, impacting and transforming your career, long term plans and ambition. You’ve surprised yourself at times, never mind others, with some of your choices for the future and your breaks with the past, in the quest to remain true to yourself. December is another chapter in all this. It’s possible there’ll be more breaks with the past and maybe bridges burnt in certain relationships, contracts or agreements (especially midmonth and around winter solstice time on the 22nd) as it’s a powerful and volatile vibe stirring up situations. This is good and productive as long as you engage your heart before action.

Taurus
21st April – 21st May
It’s all about keeping the faith this month, and it’s easier than you could imagine as the planets indicate supportive and positive circumstances are never far away, no matter how challenging the situation. And yes there’s certainly some challenges indicated in this month’s powerful planet patterns. It’s not without reward though, and it’s not hard to see the value of the journey either, with unfinished business finally finished and a new sense of direction emerging (maybe around midmonth). Your ruler Venus moves through your relationship zone until the 30th, which deepens your involvement and commitment in whatever matters most to you. After that you’re ready for the adventure of a new year.

Gemini
22nd May – 21st June
The new moon in your relationship zone on the 11th symbolises powerful new direction and faith emerging in the realm of romance or business partnerships, contracts and agreements. It’s so powerful because you feel the courage of your convictions about where you’re headed, and also because big challenges evoke a big response from you. Nothing gets the better of you this month. Whenever it seems like it’s getting too much, the universe steps in somehow. It’s a refreshing change, as the past 3 years felt more of a fight. Enjoy the grounded and practical full moon on the 25th; it’s stable and satisfying at last.

Cancer
22nd June – 22nd July
Unfinished business relating to home and family relationships and/or career requires careful handling around the 6th, 9th, 11th, 13th and 20th, as intense power struggles can blow up if you or someone feels unheard or unsupported. You might feel most in the zone after the 22nd, when the winter solstice sun begins its annual journey through your relationship chart, bringing a warmth and brightness to situations, and lightening your heart and mood. The planets suggest there’s plenty of potent and positive change, though it might feel hard to let go and make a break with the past. But a full moon of comfort and joy on the 25th settles and centres you.

Leo
23rd July – 23rd August
So this month you have your creative and adventurous head on, which is a blessing for any sticky situation that requires your ingenuity and problem-solving skills. And there are a few of those challenging circumstances about, especially around midmonth, and 20th to 22nd; but it doesn’t seem to matter how intense the going gets, you still get to where you want to be. Serendipity and synchronicity abound, and your friends and support network don’t let you down. Communication can be unpredictable or heated at times, so count to ten, twenty, or thirty, as your impulse to overreact is lightning fast this month. Act when you feel centred, then things can turn and transform like magic.

Virgo
24th August – 22nd September
It’s not an easy start to the month with demands and pressures calling your attention (especially 3rd and 6th), while you’d prefer to be concentrating on other things. Home and family matters are particularly in focus, especially around the 11th when a new moon in this area of your chart indicates new beginnings and opportunities. There are challenges linked to this yet it’s all bringing out the best in you, despite it being intense or unexpected at times (9th, 17th and 20th). It’s because your faith in what’s possible is very strong right now. From the 22nd and especially full moon time on the 25th it’s about committing to fun, friendship and creativity in very practical ways.

Libra
23rd September – 23rd October
Mars in your sign means you’re fighting for justice and feel justified fighting, and there are a few times this month that seems like make or break, or seems to be a point of no return (6th, 9th, 11th, 13th, 20th) but only you can know if it is, even if circumstances feel beyond your control. Your ruler Venus is in your income and resources chart from the 5th, which means you’re obsessed with balancing the books. It’s also about a deepening of your sense of self-worth, which is noticeable in the new beginnings emerging around or after new moon time on the 11th, and also from the 22nd when the focus moves to home and family matters.

Scorpio
24th October – 22nd November
Love planet Venus is in your sign from the 4th. Venus is interested in balance and harmony, and in your sign it’s about your relationship with yourself and how you maintain your inner balance and harmony. Certain situations seem sent to test you this month (6th, 9th, 13th and 20th), but there’s no test really; just keep focusing on feeling good in yourself rather than trying too hard to fix or control the uncontrollable. The new moon in your finance and values chart on the 11th is about new momentum/direction around income and self-worth. It’s a romantic time too (also 17th). Then events around full moon time on the 25th give you a warm and fuzzy glow.

Sagittarius
23rd November – 21st December
Mars moves through your chart of career, status and reputation this month, which means strong desire to take action and move forward with plans and ambition.  There is potential for much change and transformation as a result, especially around 6th, 9th, 13th, 20th, and also around the 11th, when the annual new moon in your sign fires up your faith in the future in a big way. When confrontational Mars mixes so powerfully with other planets it indicates the potential for a volatile or unpredictable atmosphere, so keep your eye on the ball and don’t get distracted by disputes. Strangely, it’s easier than most months to make that choice.

Capricorn
22nd December – 20th January
In the past few years you’ve been learning the art of not trying to control the uncontrollable in situations. It’s a valuable skill to master, and it looks like you’re going to have more opportunities to practice your craft this month, with a powerful planet pattern active up to the 22nd (especially 6th, 11th, and 20th), which suggests you and certain situations are moving and shaking into change and transformation. Trust your process and enjoy the renewal and replenishment that comes with letting go and moving forward. This is most likely visible during the steady and satisfying full moon on the 25th, which is all about relationships and harmony for you.

Aquarius
21st January – 18th February
There’s lots of focus and activity around friendship, education, and broadening horizons, as well as getting your message across to those you value. There’s also unfinished business around all this; perhaps certain situations repeat a similar cycle from the past. The key is you can adopt a different approach to last time you dealt with it. It might still feel big, intense, and unpredictable at times (approximately 6th, 9th, and 20th) but there’s also more scope for productive progress if you hold your nerve and don’t fall into disagreements. There are plenty of reasons to have faith in your hopes and dreams this month, so count them at night instead of the sheep.

Pisces
19th February – 20th March
Circumstances have had you looking at the long-term picture for some time now, and this month it’s still making sense to focus on plans or choices that might take time to develop or fulfil. You might have already experienced delays or blocks in this too, and maybe some closed minds or hearts. A faith-filled new moon on the 11th symbolises new beginnings in this (or perhaps a renewal), and there is a message that momentum in circumstances is carrying you forward into change and transformation. Events can feel intense or unexpected at times (6th, 9th and 20th), but more comfortable from the 22nd; especially full moon time around the 25th.
