ooooh it's an interesting eclipse!
... in Scorpio it's all about the point of no return... where in your life are facing a point of no return? The point of no return isn't the end of the story with Scorpio though, it means you're also renewing, rebirthing, and rising from the ashes restored and ready to roar.
This eclipse is such an unusual planet set-up too. It doesn't happen often! What's happening is the sun starts its yearly journey through the sign of Scorpio and almost immediately its joined by the moon, which means it's a new moon at the beginning of the sun's journey - this doubles up the 'new beginnings' symbolism, so expect new starts, new emotions, new steps, etc in your own circumstances.... added to this, it's an eclipse, which in astrology makes events and circumstances that are happening around you now much more likely to have long-term impact and importance.
Imagine throwing a pebble into a lake, it plops in and makes pretty circles in the water that radiate out.... and then take a huge stone, throw that in and watch the splash and waves it makes... that's the difference between your average new moon and an eclipse moon - events that are happening around this time radiate their impact far out into the future, just like those big stones in the water.
Planet Venus is also moving into Scorpio at the same time. Venus is linked to relationships and money (values and value in other words), so expect new 'stuff' going on there too.
So what to do about all this? Not much! Just notice how the symbolism matches what's going on with you. And be aware of the power you have within situations to choose your response, instead of losing yourself in knee-jerk reactions. Sometimes there's not much we can do about circumstances, but we can always do something about where we stand in them; who we choose to be and how we choose to view things.
Scorpio is also about trust, confidence, secrets, the unknown, the afterlife, and again the point of no return...there's always a point of no return with Scorpio, a line that once crossed feels like there's no going back. Maybe though, it's just another way of saying we are updating ourselves and our circumstances to better reflect who we are now instead of who we once were. Always more than before, never less than before.
