21st March – 20th April

January can be a rewarding start to 2016. It’s not all plain sailing (is it ever?) but this only deepens the satisfaction in triumph when you hit calm waters and have time to appreciate your own efforts. The 6^th/7^th and 10^th is highlighted for this, but especially the final week of the month when it’s a full moon in your sign (24^th), which symbolises certain situations coming to a head. What was up in the air is becoming more certain (especially linking to those New Year resolutions). 23rd September – 23rd October
An intensely transformative new moon in your home and family chart on the 10^th symbolises events during the first week, and especially from the 20^th, that are reshaping and rewiring this area of your life. How you view your past, as well as reconnections and reunions are important too. Venus (your ruling planet) is in your communication chart till the 23^rd, indicating how much harmony and balance means to you in getting your message across. Don’t lose your faith in the power of the word (9^th) and expect the unexpected (13^th). 24th October – 22nd November
Mars in your sign this month means reserves of energy that allow you to dig deep when you need to (especially around 18^th). This is your time of year. Scorpio Season is upon us - 23rd October 2015

The Sun was 11 minutes into the sign of Scorpio when I read these words by Hiro Bogo. Never seen anything that more beautifully speaks the essence of Scorpio, along with its associated rulers Mars and Pluto, and the Scorpio realm of the 8th house. Had to share :)

New Moon In Libra, October 13th 2015 - A Sudden Break For Harmony

A new moon is about new beginnings, intentions and ideas. 

Relationship-focused Libra is the sign of the scales… of balance, justice, fairness…‘rightness’. The seeking of balance and harmony is so very strong with Libra energy that often people resist rocking the boat in situations; sticking with a semblance of calm or equilibrium on the surface to keep up appearances.

If that has been the case up to now, then this new moon is likely to put a spanner in the works. Exactly opposing the new moon is Uranus, the planet of unexpected, sudden shake-ups and wake-up calls.

Uranus is about revolution, independence and detachment. This planet doesn’t suffer fools gladly, and certainly won’t just for the sake of harmony. The Uranus vision is one of authentic harmony, where politeness and political correctness doesn’t get in the way of common sense, and where differences and variety are celebrated not suppressed.

So while the boat might get rocked with this new moon energy, it’s not for nothing. It’s for something; it’s for a truer sense of alignment, a real sense of change that leads to an easier harmony in the long run.

Aries

21st March – 20th April

The sun moves through your relationship chart till the 23^rd (then it’s about trusting the process), and your ruler Mars is in problem-solving mode all month.
