September 2019 Horoscopes

It’s all about perspective this month; it all depends how you choose to see situations as to what you get from them. Find out below what this might mean for your sign:

Aries
21st March – 20th April
Lots of little things to sort out this month (especially 6th, 12th, 14th, 21st), which takes determination to hold a perspective and keep seeing problems as molehills rather than mountains; and to not over-reach, over-react, or over-indulge out of frustration with current circumstances. From full moon time on the 14th there’s a new vibe for relationship and partnership, which encourages good communication and openness. This feeling of resonance and common ground increases from 23rd; especially around new moon (new beginnings) time on 28th, and is great for new or renewed relationship, and for getting to know each other better.

Taurus
20th April – 21st May
Lots of planets in the most creative part of your chart means it’s time to satisfy your artistic or inventive side. Teaming up with others, in partnership or a group setting is on the cards this month but it’s important to not lose yourself to others’ ideas and to stand your ground with what is meaningful and valuable to you.  Around 6th, 12th, 14th and 21st is most challenging and rewarding in that. There’s a new moon in your chart of health and fitness on 28th, which means new beginnings, so it’s a good time for lifestyle changes, or to recommit to diets and exercise.

Gemini
22nd May – 21st June
There is tension and pressure in certain situations, right up to midmonth (the full moon on 14th might bring things to a head somewhat), but it’s a kind of productive tension that pushes for results and solutions. It’s likely to involve home and family, partners, and long-term goals somehow. For example, home alterations might get underway which are messy and teeth-clenching at times, but oh so worth it in the long run. From the 14th and especially from 23rd the mood is more upbeat, light-hearted and fun-orientated. Romance and matters of the heart have your full attention too. You’re on the same page as someone, powerfully, and you both enjoy the discovery and discussion of it.

Cancer
22nd June – 22nd July
Lots of planets in your communication chart for much of the month means you’re still on a mission to sort out messages, documents, or phone calls that have been cluttering your mind or desk for some time. You always have a sharp eye for detail but it’s actually very easy to misread or misjudge meaning this month, so check facts and context carefully, especially around 6th, 12th, 14th and 21st. The sun moves into your chart of home and family from the 23rd, so that is what events revolve around, and the new moon there on 28th is about new beginnings in store that inspire a new sense of balance and harmony.

Leo
23rd July – 23rd August
A bunch of planets are in your finance and resources chart for much of the month, which means sorting statements and bank balances, or welcoming new income, jobs or promotions. It also might mean you’re in the mood to buy things, just for the feel good factor perhaps but second-guessing this urge to spend big might serve you better, especially up to midmonth and around full moon on 14th, because things might not be what they first appear. Check the small print at least. Then from 14th there’s a stronger focus on communication, and you really do have the gift of the gab this month, especially in love and romance, so enjoy the sparkly charm and rapport in abundance.

Virgo
24th August – 23rd September
The sun is in your sign (until 23rd), which means it’s your time of year. Mercury (for ease of communication) and Venus (for ease of relationship, harmony, and finances) are both in your sign until midmonth, and Mars (for strong drive and motivation) is with you all month. It doesn’t mean it’s all plain sailing, but it does mean challenges feel more surmountable than usual. From 6th until around full moon time on 14th the tension might be tangible in relationships, especially with certain family members, but this full moon is about things coming to a head in order to release some pressure and move situations forward.

Libra
23rd September – 23rd October
Mercury and Venus move into your sign on the day of the full moon on 14th. It indicates you and others being ready to talk, and to listen. It also means your words are more eloquent, peaceful and diplomatic than ever, so feel confident that the right words will come at the right time, despite those full moon emotions running high. From 21st it’s easy to let doubts or power struggles get in the way of what matters, so keep on keeping things in perspective. The Sun moves into your sign from 23rd, which means you’re feeling inspired to hatch new plans and projects; especially around the annual new moon in your sign on 28th.

Scorpio
24th October – 22nd November
One of the symbols of Scorpio is the eagle, with good reason, as your powers of observation are finest in the zodiac and can sum up situations and others motives with pin-point accuracy. But there’s a meeting of planets that lasts all month suggesting it’s easy to lose perspective at times, meaning it’s easy to mis-read, lose context, or get things out of proportion given current circumstances. So don’t let beliefs run away with you without checking and rechecking facts, particularly around 6th, 12th, 14th and 21st. Especially so around finances or purchases, where you long to take a leap of faith, but really need to read the terms and conditions extra carefully.

Sagittarius
23rd November – 21st December
There’s a super-practical vibe to much of the month so you’re fine-tuning plans or sorting out what stands in your way, especially for career and ambition. There’s also a dreamy, creative vibe that can’t be denied no matter how practical your approach, and around the 6th and the full moon on 14th it’s about the balance that needs to be reached between these two sides of yourself. It’s easy to lose perspective at times this month (especially 6th and 21st) because of this, for example being too self-critical at times. From 14th and 23rd it’s all about friendship, like-minds and kindred spirits, and maybe some new connections and contacts with the new moon on 28th.

Capricorn
22nd December – 20th January
Your ruling planet is Saturn, and this month (from 18th) it’s no longer retrograde (appearing to move backwards). This means you’re experiencing an important turning point or change in direction, and if you look back to events in April you might notice a connection to what is happening now, or notice how much your perspective on certain situations has changed since then. It’s like you’ve been restructuring or rebuilding your path since April, and now you’re ready to move forward on it again. The new moon in your house of long-term plans and ambition on 28th supports this, indicating new commitments in career, relationship, or both.

Aquarius
21st January – 18th February
Nowhere to hide this month. Events seem determined to push you out of your comfort zone; whether it’s in work, love, or family matters, things are happening that you just have to run with, and not away from. In many cases though this serves you extremely well, for example things are being said or coming out into the open, which can increase intimacy and deepen bonds. Other situations require a leap of faith, and that requires you to dig deep and first find that faith again. Full moon time on the 14th might be a time of change or movement in stuck situations, while the new moon on 28th is about the new opportunities for expansion.

Pisces
19th February – 20th March
There’s a continuation of last month’s theme of focus on relationship and partnership. Lots of planets in this area of your chart until around 23rd suggest much is happening. It’s a positive time, when new relationships start and existing relationship deepen, but it’s also a time when tensions or conflicts might rise to the surface more, especially around 6th and 14th. This does not mean anything has gone wrong, just that it’s on the table to sort out right now. There’s also a general theme all month about perspective and belief, and how different outlooks lead to different outcomes. Keep it positive and empowering, in other words.

January 2019 Horoscopes

Happy 2019 to you! The two eclipses during January symbolise the darkness before the dawn in some respects. Wherever you're feeling in the dark about a situation, or under pressure about how to move forward at that time, the message is hang in there because just like the eclipse the light returns with time. Eclipses indicate long-term change, and the planets are certainly in transformation mode, especially up to mid-month. New structures and forms are emerging that better accommodate current needs and plans, but that means old and outmoded ways have to be let go of...

Aries
21st March – 20th April
Focused, feisty Mars is your ruling planet, and it’s moving into your sign on the 1st. This is fabulous symbolism to start the new year, suggesting you are more than ready for 2019 and all it might bring. It’s not all plain sailing this month (which is just how your Mars energy prefers it), especially midmonth and around supermoon lunar eclipse time on 21st when its easy to take your eyes off the ball, but there’s a lovely new moon eclipse on the 6th that speaks of new long-term plans and ambition taking shape in weeks and months to come. Perhaps a new or renewed career path.

Taurus
21st April – 21st May
An eclipse on the 6th is about the shape of long-term commitments to come. Future paths for 2019 are formed from looking in new ways at current situations. In other words, there’s a broadening of your horizons and opening of your mind taking place, and it means the steps you’re taking in weeks and months to come are something to appreciate and feel proud of yourself for taking, because change is often uncomfortable at first. Events around the supermoon eclipse on 21st speak of this and of how to turn your old discomfort zone into something you can relax into.

Gemini
22nd May – 21st June
There’s an important new moon eclipse on 6th. It’s theme for you over weeks or months to come is new territory and unknown territory, with all the sense of adventure and uncertainty that brings, and about the practicalities of making changes that build up into something designed to last. So for example, you’re focused on making clear plans and commitments, and doing baby steps or manageable chunks. It might not feel easy midmonth, but that doesn’t mean you’re not on the right path. The supermoon eclipse on 21st brings important information or communication, but also misunderstandings or misgivings if you judge books by their cover. All in all, it’s a powerful start to 2019.

Cancer
22nd June – 22nd July
2019 starts strong and it looks like that’s the way it means to go on, as there are two eclipses this month, indicating significant events with long-term impact. The first eclipse on the 6th is in your relationship chart. It’s all about new or renewed commitments, as well as a kind of clear the clutter vibe, where you’re ready to let go of who or what is in the way of your future. There’s also a theme of new or improved relationship with finances and income, and this is echoed in the super-powerful supermoon on 21st. In other words, self-worth and financial worth are inextricably linked for 2019.

Leo
23rd July – 23rd August
There are two eclipses this month. Eclipses set the theme for weeks or months to come, and the first one on January 6th is about how you’re on a mission to get things sorted. Seldom have you felt so inspired by the idea of a new year meaning a new you. It’s sensible to be ambitious with 2019 resolutions, because for the foreseeable you’re in the mood to commit and stick with them. The supermoon eclipse on 21st is in your own sign, which indicates love and partnership have your attention. The new you that is emerging has different priorities in a relationship, so its about redefining what is now important.

Virgo
24th August – 22nd September
2019 begins with one of the most creative months of the year for you. The new moon eclipse on 6th is a doorway into new creative projects or ambition, so whatever you like to pour your heart and soul into is stepping up to new levels now or in weeks and months to come. This area of your chart is about romance too, so there’s lots happening in matters of the heart; including new or renewed commitment. It’s the practical and productive path you’re interested in this month, and events around the supermoon eclipse on 21st are likely to reflect all this in a big way, as the time feels right to move certain things forward.

Libra
23rd September – 23rd October
The powerful new moon eclipse on the 6th is in your chart of home and family. Eclipses have long-term impact, so events around that time tend to carry significance. This one speaks of preparation and plans for new foundations, new structure, and new beginnings. January is not without its challenges, especially mid-month, but that helps you reassess priorities and find a new sense of balance too, especially in relationships which are benefitting from much more open communication and discussion. Full moon eclipse on 21st is about balancing more play and less work; and being willing to risk stepping into new territory, just for the adventure.

Scorpio
24th October – 22nd November
2019 opens with two eclipses in January, on the 6th and 21st, and eclipses often coincide with events that stay important for weeks or months to come. Events revolving around communication or information might be a theme of the first one, bringing great new opportunities to move things step by step to success via dialogue and discussion. Also, you’re in a super-practical mood, which is the only way to deal with what’s unclear or nebulous (especially mid-month), as it keeps things straightforward for yourself. The second eclipse on the 21st is a supermoon, on the theme of more recognition for work and career; so it’s about putting yourself out there and allowing your work to be seen.

Sagittarius
23rd November – 21st December
Events seem designed to bring out both your ultra-practical side and your wild adventurous spirit. A powerful eclipse on the 6th grounds you in reality, totally into the mood to sort things (finances in particular), and make a plan for later. As the month goes on you keep the discipline to stick to New Year resolutions, but you also have this untameable nature that insists on doing things that you probably need to make resolutions about afterwards. Rather than keep that side of you in check, keep things in perspective instead, especially midmonth and around the supermoon eclipse time on 21st, as the urge is strong to over-reach, or to leap too far on faith alone.

Capricorn
22nd December – 20th January
It’s your time of year; a whole new year opening with up to 5 planets in your sign, which is an indication of busy, intense focus that suits your style and approach. There’s a rare new moon eclipse in your sign on the 6th that sets the tone for many months to come, meaning you’re not willing to settle for less than a productive, well-planned, industrious, and rewarding 2019, beginning right now. There’s plenty happening this month that can’t be planned for and plenty not under your direct control, which can be frustrating at times, yet sometimes can work better than you could have imagined. The supermoon eclipse on 21st might be one of those times.

Aquarius
21st January – 18th February
Early January is a lesson in going with the flow; meaning this is not the time to push against your own desire to clear the clutter, define some boundaries and limits, and enjoy the sense of new commitments and responsibilities. This is the message of the new moon eclipse on 6th, and it comes at a time when it’s easy to forget that you don’t have to micro manage or control every detail in order to achieve and succeed. Then there’s a fabulous supermoon eclipse in your relationship chart on the 21st that moves stuck situations and turns stalemates into soulmates. Maybe not overnight, but quicker than things have been moving recently.

Pisces
19th February – 20th March
There’s an element of holding your nerve required for January, as it’s all about good timing. Easy to forget this under the circumstances as there’s so much happening. A new moon eclipse on the 6th is bringing new or renewed friendship. It also speaks of finding the right crowd on your wavelength; those you resonate with and share the same values. Eclipses are long-term influences, so this runs from January to weeks or months ahead. There’s also a supermoon eclipse on 21st, emphasising your super-organised approach. You might not know all the details of your vision for 2019 yet, but you know the value of patience and preparation.
